Products and presentation

The online shop sells pre-made artificial flower arrangements. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Product pages state whether a photographed vase is excluded and whether presentation boxes or wrapping are included. Crimson Garden and Blush Romance include the presentation box and wrapping shown; no vase is included.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The product price and selected delivery charge are displayed before payment. Clicking the final payment button in Stripe Checkout creates an obligation to pay. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order confirmation is made available. If an obvious pricing or availability error prevents acceptance, payment will be refunded and the customer will be contacted.

Collection and delivery

Borrowash collection is free and by prior arrangement. The precise collection details are provided privately when the order is ready. DPD Home Delivery costs £5.95. DPD Pickup Point or Locker is unavailable until a validated selector and delivery service are integrated.

Orders placed by 5:00 pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Later, weekend and bank-holiday orders are dispatched on the next working day. DPD next-working-day delivery is an estimate, not a guarantee. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and remote postcodes may take longer.

Cancellation, returns and problems

Standard online cancellation rights apply to pre-made artificial arrangements. Genuine custom-made or clearly personalised arrangements may be treated differently where the law permits. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. The Wild Stem Studio provides the appropriate remedy and covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Complaints and statutory rights

Please send complaints to enquiries@thewildstemstudio.co.uk with the order reference and a clear description of the issue. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
