UK delivery choices
DPD Home Delivery — £5.95
DPD Pickup Point or Locker — £3.95 (currently unavailable)
Pickup-point delivery requires the customer to select a valid DPD Pickup Shop or locker through a validated DPD integration. The option will remain disabled until a genuine DPD-compatible pickup selector and merchant service are activated. Stripe Checkout will show and confirm the selected delivery method and price before the customer becomes bound to pay.
Dispatch and estimated delivery
Order by 5:00 pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Orders are sent using DPD’s next-working-day service. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, remote postcodes, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm, on weekends or on bank holidays dispatch on the next working day. Next-working-day delivery is not guaranteed.
Supported destinations
DPD Home Delivery is available only where the checkout accepts the delivery address. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and remote postcodes may take longer. If an address cannot be served using the available delivery option, checkout will not accept the order for delivery.
