Products and presentation
The online shop sells pre-made artificial flower arrangements and monthly fresh flower subscriptions. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Product pages state whether a photographed vase is excluded and whether presentation boxes or wrapping are included. Fresh subscription bouquets are seasonal; photographs illustrate style, scale and quality but do not guarantee particular flower varieties or colours. Suitable substitutions of equal or greater value may be made while preserving the bouquet’s overall character.
Prices, orders and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The product price and selected delivery charge are displayed before payment. Clicking the final payment button at Shopify Checkout creates an obligation to pay. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order confirmation is made available. If an obvious pricing or availability error prevents acceptance, payment will be refunded and the customer will be contacted.
Collection and delivery
Free collection from Borrowash is by prior arrangement. Precise collection details are provided privately when the order is ready. DPD Home Delivery costs £5.95. The delivery address is collected securely during Shopify Checkout.
Orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days. Weekend and bank-holiday orders are processed from the next working day. DPD next-working-day delivery applies once dispatched and is an estimate, not a guarantee. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and remote postcodes may take longer.
Cancellation, returns and problems
Standard online cancellation rights apply to pre-made artificial arrangements. Genuine custom-made or clearly personalised arrangements may be treated differently where the law permits. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. The Wild Stem Studio provides the appropriate remedy and covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Monthly fresh flower subscriptions
Regular, Medium and Large flower subscriptions are rolling monthly arrangements. The selected bouquet price and chosen fulfilment method recur each month until the subscription is cancelled. Free Borrowash collection adds £0.00. DPD Home Delivery adds £5.95 each month. Shopify securely processes each recurring payment.
Subscription bouquets are scheduled for delivery or collection on the first Thursday of each month. Subscribe at least five working days before the first Thursday to receive that month’s bouquet; later subscriptions begin the following month. Bank holidays, flower availability, severe weather or courier disruption may require fulfilment on a nearby date.
Customers may manage future billing and payment details through their Shopify customer account. Changes or cancellation should be made before the next renewal is processed. Once a monthly payment has been taken and perishable flowers have been ordered or preparation has begun, that month’s bouquet may not be cancellable except where it is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. This does not limit statutory rights.
