Shipping policy

Free collection from Borrowash — £0.00

Collection is available from Borrowash, Derbyshire, by prior arrangement. Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready and provide your collection details before travelling.

DPD Home Delivery — £5.95

Shopify Checkout collects the UK delivery address and shows the available delivery method and price before the customer becomes bound to pay.

Dispatch and estimated delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days. Orders are sent using DPD’s next-working-day service. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, remote postcodes, severe weather or circumstances outside our control. Weekend and bank-holiday orders are processed from the next working day. Next-working-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Supported destinations

DPD Home Delivery is available only where checkout accepts the delivery address. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and remote postcodes may take longer. If an address cannot be served using the available option, checkout will not accept the order for delivery.

Delivery questions and transit damage

Please contact enquiries@thewildstemstudio.co.uk or 07306 314890. We ask that visible transit damage is reported promptly so it can be investigated with DPD; this request does not restrict statutory rights.
